I have had some unexpected money issues and I was wondering if there were any cash advance businesses that accepted a savings account instead of a checking account.
If I were in your shoes, I would come up with another solution. Either cut spending or increase income. How about a garage sale or Ebay? Some of those places charge 2800% interest! It's so not worth it.
